youtube’s brand have some really fun 3d emojis that we thought could fit well within this vibe and make the content even more engaging.

this newsletter will be a bi-weekly piece of marketing material for youtube, so we needed to consider how the design can stay consistent yet fresh for each edition.
we developed the idea of creating templated sections that scale from visually led content to a little more copy led and text heavy.
THE HOOK
Using this scale we developed a series of templated hooks, A 5-second, high-impact summary capturing attention immediately. Leading with bold visuals, aimed set the tone for the rest of the email.
